About the Role

TwoFold is hiring a Head of Talent Management to lead the company’s talent-facing business.

This person will be responsible for managing talent relationships across artists, athletes, creators, personalities, and culture-led clients. The role requires someone who understands representation, client service, deal flow, brand opportunities, live opportunities, content, media, and the day-to-day discipline required to manage talent at a high level.

The ideal candidate has strong relationships across entertainment, sports, music, digital culture, brands, agencies, managers, agents, labels, promoters, and media. They should be able to identify talent, build trust with clients, manage communication, create opportunity, and help guide long-term career strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent management across TwoFold’s roster, including artists, athletes, creators, personalities, and culture-led clients.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for talent, managers, agents, lawyers, publicists, labels, brands, promoters, venues, and external teams.
  • Help identify, evaluate, and onboard new talent across music, sports, entertainment, fashion, digital media, and live culture.
  • Build long-term client strategies across brand opportunities, appearances, live events, content, media, product, licensing, and business development.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with talent and their teams, ensuring opportunities, timelines, approvals, and expectations are handled clearly.
  • Source and develop commercial opportunities for talent, including endorsements, campaigns, appearances, collaborations, licensing, live events, content deals, and cultural campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal leadership across creative, operations, marketing, legal, finance, and production to make sure talent opportunities are executed properly.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline and keep TwoFold connected to emerging and established names across culture.
  • Track talent opportunities, deal conversations, outreach, approvals, deliverables, and client updates.
  • Help protect and grow the reputation of TwoFold by maintaining a high standard of communication, professionalism, taste, and execution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, talent agency, artist relations, sports representation, creator management, entertainment marketing, music business, brand talent, live events, or a related field.
  • Existing relationships with artists, athletes, creators, managers, agents, brands, labels, promoters, media companies, or entertainment executives.
  • Strong understanding of how talent builds value through brand deals, live events, content, media, licensing, appearances, products, touring, and commercial opportunities.
  • Experience managing multiple talent or client relationships at once.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with talent, executives, managers, agents, lawyers, and brand teams.
  • Strong understanding of deal flow, client expectations, timelines, budgets, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Excellent taste and awareness across music, sports, fashion, nightlife, digital culture, entertainment, and consumer brands.
  • Highly organized, responsive, discreet, and able to operate in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to think strategically while still handling the details that make talent relationships work.

Ideal Background

  • Experience at a talent management company, talent agency, sports agency, record label, entertainment company, creator management firm, brand talent team, or live events company.
  • Experience working directly with artists, athletes, creators, entertainers, or public-facing talent.
  • Experience supporting or closing brand deals, campaigns, appearances, live opportunities, licensing opportunities, or content-driven deals.
  • Strong network across Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Miami, London, or other major entertainment and culture markets.
