We are looking for a builder who can architect a high-performance organization, scale talent density, strengthen culture, and help define how humans and AI work together at scale.
What You'll Own
Culture & Organizational Effectiveness
- Shape and scale a culture built on transparency, accountability, integrity, employee empowerment, and winning as one team.
- Design systems that preserve speed, meritocracy, and execution excellence as the company grows.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on organizational health and effectiveness.
Talent & Leadership
- Build world-class recruiting and executive hiring processes.
- Raise talent density across the organization.
- Lead succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and career frameworks.
- Coach executives and managers to maximize leadership effectiveness.
Organizational Design & Workforce Strategy
- Partner with leadership on organizational structure, operating models, and workforce planning.
- Evaluate management layers, reporting structures, and organizational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives that improve execution speed and reduce unnecessary complexity.
AI & Workforce Innovation
- Help define the future operating model of a human-plus-AI workforce.
- Identify opportunities to automate people and operational processes.
- Partner with engineering teams to deploy AI agents and workflow automation solutions.
- Drive adoption of technology that increases employee leverage and productivity.
What We're Looking For
- Experience scaling high-growth technology or AI-driven companies.
- Strong background in organizational design, performance management, and executive talent assessment.
- Proven track record building high-performance cultures.
- Experience partnering with executive teams through periods of rapid growth and transformation.
- Strong analytical, operational, and leadership capabilities.
- Comfort working alongside engineering teams and AI-enabled workflows.
- Ability to balance people, systems, culture, and business outcomes.
