- Multi-Branch Leadership - Lead and manage operations across all western province leeds branches, ensuring consistent performance standards and operational excellence network-wide.
- Team Oversight - Oversee all non-academic teams - security personnel, support staff, school nurses, and facilities teams.
- Infrastructure & Projects - Oversee construction, renovation, and infrastructure development projects across all western province leeds branches.
- Performance & Improvement - Monitor branch performance and lead continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- ISO Certification - Drive and lead ISO certification implementation from the ground up across the entire school network.
- Budget & Resources - Manage budgeting, resource planning, and cost control across all branches.
- Stakeholder Relations - Liaise with local authorities, government institutions, and external stakeholders, representing the school on all operational matters.
- Cross-Team Coordination - Ensure smooth coordination between academic and administrative teams across all locations, including transportation and safety compliance.

- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in operations management (education sector experience preferred)
- Proven experience managing multiple teams and locations simultaneously
- Strong track record of initiating, implementing, and executing new projects and programs sustainably
- Ground-level practical knowledge of business operations
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
- IT background or knowledge of Information Technology (added advantage)
