Role Description This is a full-time, remote Head of Operations role responsible for overseeing and improving the firm’s internal operations and client delivery processes. The Head of Operations will design and implement operational frameworks, workflows, and best practices that support scalable growth, high-quality advisory services, and strong financial performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing cross-functional projects, monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing resource allocation, and driving process improvements across the organization. The role will also involve collaborating with leadership to align operational plans with strategic objectives, managing budgets and operational reporting, and coordinating tools, systems, and vendors that support service delivery. This position will lead and mentor operations team members, foster effective communication across departments, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Operations Management experience, including process design, workflow optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial and operational data, develop insights, and support decision-making.
  • Proven Team Management and leadership capabilities, including mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated Budgeting experience, including planning, monitoring, and reporting against operational budgets.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or financial advisory environments is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with productivity and project management tools; familiarity with KPI dashboards and reporting systems is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and operate with a high degree of autonomy and integrity.
