🧩 What you'll do

Own the company's technology roadmap, engineering strategy, and execution.
Design and build scalable, reliable systems that support rapid business growth.
Drive architecture and make key technical decisions across products and infrastructure.
Work closely with founders to translate business goals into product and engineering outcomes.
Lead by example through hands-on coding, design reviews, troubleshooting, and technical mentorship.
Establish engineering best practices across development, testing, deployment, and operations.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team.
Foster a culture of ownership, execution excellence, and continuous improvement.

✅ You're a great fit if you

Have 5+ years of software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
Come from a strong backend or full-stack engineering background.
Have experience designing scalable systems and making architecture decisions.
Are comfortable operating as a hands-on engineering leader in a 0→1 environment.
Have built products from the ground up and thrive in fast-moving startup settings.
Can balance technical execution, team leadership, and business priorities.
Have experience working with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
Enjoy partnering closely with founders and taking end-to-end ownership.

⚡ Nice to have

Previous experience as a Founding Engineer, Engineering Manager, or Head of Engineering.
Experience leading product engineering teams in early-stage startups.
Exposure to AI/ML products, developer tools, or platform engineering.
Track record of hiring and scaling strong engineering teams.
Interest in growing into a CTO-level leadership role.
Experience building systems that serve large-scale user bases.
