As Head of E,I&C, you will take ownership of the entire Electrical, Instrumentation & Control discipline across large-scale industrial projects.

This is a strategic leadership role combining technical excellence, team development, and project execution.

What you'll do:

🔹 Build, lead, and develop a high-performing E,I&C engineering team

🔹 Drive technical excellence across all E,I&C deliverables

🔹 Oversee engineering standards, specifications, and design guidelines

🔹 Manage discipline resources, budgets, schedules, and project priorities

🔹 Ensure compliance with IEC, VDE, ATEX, and industry regulations

🔹 Lead collaboration with EPC/EPCm partners, suppliers, and contractors

🔹 Integrate E,I&C solutions seamlessly with Process, Mechanical, and Construction teams

🔹 Support the delivery of cutting-edge industrial facilities

What we're looking for:

🔹Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or related discipline

🔹15+ years of E,I&C engineering experience within chemical, oil & gas, energy, power generation, mining, or other large industrial facilities

🔹Strong expertise in DCS, PLC, SIS, medium-voltage systems, and industrial instrumentation

🔹 Deep understanding of IEC 61511, IEC 61131, IEC 60079 (ATEX/Ex), VDE standards

🔹Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in EPC/EPCm project environments

🔹 Ability to drive technical decisions and engage effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers
