Role Overview
We are looking for a growth-oriented and strategic Head – E-commerce to lead and scale our online business across marketplaces, D2C platforms, and quick commerce channels. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, marketplace expansion, operational excellence, and digital business strategy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and Shopify, along with a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, quick commerce, performance marketing, and online consumer behavior
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of marketplace and quick commerce ecosystems
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, and Q-commerce dashboards
Strong analytical and business management skills
Expertise in catalog management, inventory planning, and campaign execution
Understanding of digital marketing and online consumer acquisition
Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven and result-oriented mindset
Strong problem-solving and execution capabilities
