Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of Asset Management, based in the New York City Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some remote work. The successful candidate will oversee the firm’s asset management strategies, manage investment portfolios, and spearhead business planning efforts. Responsibilities include analyzing financial markets, identifying investment opportunities, guiding portfolio optimization, and establishing collaborative relationships with stakeholders. The Head of Asset Management will also play a key role in driving the company’s growth and delivering tailored strategies to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Portfolio Management and Investments, with experience evaluating and optimizing diverse asset classes
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and derive actionable insights for decision-making
  • Expertise in Business Planning and strategic thinking to guide the organization's short- and long-term goals
  • Solid understanding and operational experience in Finance, including investment strategies and risk management
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in relevant financial modeling and analysis tools
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field highly preferred
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or similar credentials are a plus

Compensation

  • Pay starting at $40 to $60 an hour with PTO, a discretionary performance bonus, and a 4-day work week.
