Clinics today run on fragmented tools (EMR + billing + WhatsApp + follow-ups). The result: doctor burnout, operational leakage, and missed retention. Nexura closes the care → operations → retention loop in one unified workflow:
- Clinical Layer: voice-first AI scribe → auto-SOAP + structured charting
- Operations Layer: appointments/queue + visit-linked billing automation
- Engagement Layer: WhatsApp prescriptions/reports + intelligent follow-up triggers
- Voice AI Front Desk (add-on): 24×7 booking/reschedule/cancel + patient queries
- Pharmacy: Add-on for clinics that run an inventory
We’re ~30 days from MVP launch and looking for a Co-Founder / Head of Growth to own 0→1 GTM + revenue.
What you’ll own
- Close initial clinic/hospital pilots and convert to paid
- Build the GTM engine: ICP, pricing, positioning, funnel, sales playbook
- Drive partnerships & distribution (associations, channels, ecosystem tie-ups)
- Co-shape hiring + fundraising narrative from the commercial side
Who this is for
- Strong B2B sales / partnerships builder (HealthTech / clinics / hospitals preferred)
- MBA Healthcare (IIM/ISB/TISS or similar) is a plus;
- Or MBBS with real commercial/sales exposure also a strong fit
- Execution > Credentials
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iterations, and hands-on selling
Compensation (important)
- Equity-only founding role with Investment (no salary until first institutional funding round or profitability)
