As the Head of Forward Deployed Engineering, you will own the entire post-sale customer lifecycle, transforming unstructured data like PDFs and emails into automated workflows for global traders. You will bridge the gap between complex industry logistics and cutting-edge AI, building the deployment playbooks and team required to scale a high-demand product.

What You Will Do

• Lead technical implementation work across data models, document extraction workflows, and custom API integrations to ensure successful go-lives.
• Architect the company's deployment strategy, reducing onboarding time through repeatable internal tooling, AI-assisted workflows, and structured escalation paths.
• Partner directly with the founding team and engineering to translate customer feedback into product specs and roadmap priorities.

The ideal candidate

• 5+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Product management within high-growth software environments.
• Highly technical background with the ability to write code, debug LLM-based systems, and reason through complex data architectures and APIs.
• Proven track record of leading complex customer deployments and managing stakeholder relationships across operational, executive, and engineering levels.
