For our client, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer US to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

Partner with enterprise AI teams to design and scale GenAI observability programs
Lead customer discussions, translating business needs into technical solutions
Build custom integrations and workflows tailored to client requirements
Manage multiple projects from scoping to delivery while ensuring high quality
Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering teams to define implementation strategies
Help establish best practices and methodologies for the Forward Deployed Engineering team

Qualifications

2-5 years of software development experience, proficient in Python, Java, and TypeScript
Experience building MLOps pipelines and deploying Generative AI applications in production
Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, along with Docker and Kubernetes
Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders effectively
Proven project management skills, able to juggle multiple client engagements and meet deadlines
Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments typical of startups or consulting roles
Genuine passion for AI and eagerness to stay updated on evolving technologies
