Role Description
The Forward Deployed Engineer will work on the integration, customization, and implementation of UnleashX’s AI voice solutions with client systems. Responsibilities include developing back-end systems, optimizing software performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product delivery. As part of this full-time on-site role based in Gurugram, the engineer will ensure that technical challenges are resolved effectively while providing technical support and innovative solutions to meet clients’ needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Linguistics, LLM behaviour and prompt Engineering
- Experience in deploying Agents and Automation Pipelines
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with AI technologies and machine learning
