Forward Deployed Engineer - Remote, US - Preference for EST

Are you a Python engineer who wants to work hands-on with clients and see your work go straight into production?

We're working with a fast-growing AI company (think AI agent frameworks and enterprise agent platforms) who are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join their post-sales team.

You'll be the technical face for enterprise clients, designing and deploying AI agent systems, then sticking around to make sure they work in production.

What you'll be doing:

Lead technical integrations of AI agent systems into client environments
Build API connections, data pipelines, and custom workflows
Work directly with clients to understand their goals and design agent teams tailored to their needs
Deploy and configure multi-agent systems in production environments
Monitor performance and iterate on agent roles and workflows post-deployment

What you'll need:

3-5+ years of experience, with strong Python skills (this is a Python-heavy role, not a sales-leaning one)
Hands-on experience taking agents, AI systems, or Python-based systems into production
Solid grounding in LLM and AI fundamentals
Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and workflow integrations
Strong understanding of data structures
A computer science degree or equivalent engineering background
