The Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You'll work closely with enterprise customers to understand their workflows, build tailored AI solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

You'll be a critical member of the team, helping bridge the gap between advanced AI technology and real-world business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Partner with enterprise customers to understand business requirements and operational challenges.
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agentic systems.
Integrate AI solutions with customer platforms, APIs, databases, and internal tools.
Develop production-grade software and customer-specific implementations.
Configure and optimise LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and retrieval systems.
Troubleshoot technical challenges and drive successful customer deployments.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence future product direction.
Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

Strong software engineering experience, ideally with Python.
Experience building APIs, integrations, and backend services.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience working with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, or agent frameworks.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Customer-facing experience and a consultative approach to problem solving.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI technologies.
Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval systems.
Background in solutions engineering, implementation consulting, technical consulting, or customer-facing engineering.
Experience deploying enterprise software solutions.
