You will deploy multi-modal, agentic AI systems into production for major enterprise clients, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from scoping to go-live. Working directly with senior stakeholders, you will build custom AI agents that drive claims outcomes while collaborating with a world-class engineering team from Palantir, Optiver, and Harvard to scale modern insurance infrastructure.

What You Will Do

Own client deployments end-to-end, serving as the technical lead and trusted partner for executive-level stakeholders.
Design and prototype agentic AI systems using LLMs and prompt engineering to deliver optimal business outcomes.
Integrate complex AI solutions into client environments via APIs while feeding product insights back to the core platform team.

Possesses 2+ years of experience in high-stakes technical roles like Forward Deployed, Founding Engineer, or Growth Engineer.
Demonstrates technical mastery in Python, APIs, and modern AI/ML tooling with a focus on shipping production-grade code fast.
