Join a high-growth AI startup as a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge the gap between cutting-edge voice superintelligence and Fortune 500 operations. You will build and deploy real-time AI agents for industry leaders like DoorDash, owning the entire development lifecycle from discovery to production while directly influencing the core product roadmap.

What You Will Do

• Own the full agent development lifecycle, from initial discovery calls and demos to building, prototyping, and deploying world-class AI solutions.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, monitor live agent performance, and rapidly iterate on production issues to meet strict enterprise targets.
• Collaborate directly with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into new platform features and core codebase improvements.

The ideal candidate

• 1-3 years of professional experience in software engineering, analytics, or technical consulting with a strong computer science background preferred.
• Proficient in React and Python, with a solid understanding of APIs, tool calls, and building integrated technical systems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the grit to handle high-stakes customer relationships and the desire to eventually become a founder or leader.
