Position Summary

This Senior AI Engineer is a senior technical contributor responsible for delivering scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions while helping guide technical implementation across the team. This role combines hands-on engineering with mentorship, technical leadership, and collaboration across product and platform initiatives.

What You'll Do

Lead implementation of complex software systems and services
Influence architecture and modernization initiatives
Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical coaching
Support operational excellence and production reliability
Partner closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams

Required Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience
Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, .NET Core and modern application frameworks
Experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and APIs
Strong backend and frontend engineering experience
Experience with cloud-native application development
Experience with AI development tools and methodologies
Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD
Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives
