CrewLogix Technologies builds intelligent software products that help businesses work more effectively. We are currently focused on a conversational AI platform that brings enterprise-grade agent capabilities—including real-time chat, voice, and document understanding—to companies of all sizes. We work with real customers, ship to production, and care deeply about building products that last.
We are looking for a Solution Architect to own the technical direction of our AI platform. You will make critical design decisions, transform complex product requirements into scalable architectures, and guide the engineering team through successful execution. You will remain close to the codebase, reviewing implementations, prototyping high-risk components, and maintaining engineering quality standards.
This is a hands-on architecture role. You will create design documents and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), define API contracts, own the data model, and provide technical leadership when architectural trade-offs need to be evaluated.
What You Will Do:
• Own the high-level and detailed architecture across services, data flows, and deployment environments.
• Translate product requirements into scalable, modular, and maintainable system designs.
• Define data models, API contracts, and event schemas that enable teams to build and integrate services independently.
• Architect AI pipelines, including orchestration layers, model gateways, semantic caching, safety guardrails, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Design voice and multimodal AI capabilities, including speech-to-text, LLM inference, text-to-speech, document understanding, and image processing workflows.
• Ensure multi-tenant architecture, tenant data isolation, role-based access control, and secure secrets management.
• Author architecture decision records (ADRs), conduct architecture reviews, and resolve cross-functional technical challenges.
• Mentor engineers, review designs and pull requests, and promote engineering best practices, including AI-assisted development.
What We Are Looking For
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in an architecture or technical leadership role.
• Proven experience designing and operating multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Strong backend and distributed systems expertise with hands-on server-side development experience (Python preferred).
• Deep understanding of relational databases, caching strategies, and event-driven systems.
• Experience delivering production-grade Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, vector databases, embedding models, and agentic frameworks.
• Strong API and integration design skills, including REST, gRPC, OpenAPI specifications, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
Good to Have:
• Experience with real-time voice platforms such as Deepgram, ElevenLabs, or Twilio Voice.
• Production experience with OpenAI GPT models, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude.
• Experience with OCR and multimodal vision models.
• Familiarity with LLM observability, evaluation frameworks, semantic caching, and model routing strategies.
• Experience implementing enterprise authentication and authorization using OIDC, SAML, and SSO.
• Knowledge of subscription billing, usage metering, and billing platforms.
• Understanding of compliance standards such as SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA.
