Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Gen AI Engineer, based in Bengaluru South. The Senior Gen AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing advanced production grade applications and shipping them to live envoronment.

Qualifications:

For Experienced Professionals:

5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with hands-on exposure to LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience building APIs with FastAPI.
Experience with Azure DevOps, MLOps, and cloud-based model deployment.
Familiarity with transformer architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
Ability to design scalable and maintainable AI pipelines.
Solid understanding of software engineering practices including version control, testing, and CI/CD
