We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help accelerate AI adoption across a growing portfolio of professional services businesses. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for someone who loves turning ambiguous business problems into production-ready AI solutions.

You'll partner directly with executive leadership, operators, and subject matter experts to design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems that create measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

✔ Build and deploy AI-powered applications, automations, agent workflows, and customer-facing solutions

✔ Design and implement LLM-based systems using modern AI architectures, including RAG, agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and workflow automation

✔ Integrate AI solutions with business platforms such as Snowflake, HubSpot, QuickBooks, and related systems

✔ Work directly with stakeholders to identify opportunities, prototype quickly, and move solutions into production

✔ Establish reusable AI patterns and best practices across multiple businesses

What We're Looking For

5+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years focused on AI/LLM systems
Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI solutions used by real customers
Strong Python skills and the ability to ship end-to-end solutions
Experience with modern AI tools, frameworks, and APIs
Comfortable working directly with non-technical stakeholders
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and ownership

Nice to Have

Professional services, fintech, or B2B SaaS experience
Experience with Make.com, n8n, Zapier, MCP servers, or agent frameworks
Snowflake or Databricks experience
Background working closely with operations or customer-facing teams
