We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who has built conversational and agentic AI systems, preferably in healthcare, and can rapidly deliver safe, compliant, and complete solutions. This role requires a builder mentality, strong ownership, and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and voice assistants, with a focus on multi-turn conversation design and context handling.
- Build and orchestrate multi-step workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt chains.

- Design full system architectures, including orchestration layers, data flows, integrations, and safety guardrails.
- Debug and improve AI systems to address issues such as hallucinations, retrieval failures, and agent/tool failures.
- Implement safety measures including input/output validation, prompt constraints, and fallback logic to ensure reliable and safe operation in production.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building end-to-end AI systems and delivering production-grade solutions for real users with real data.
- Hands-on experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI, including prompt engineering.
- Proven ability to design and implement RAG pipelines and agentic systems.
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and external services via APIs.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, data privacy, and the requirements of regulated systems from experience in healthcare or similar environments.
- Proficiency in building safe, compliant AI solutions with robust guardrails.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
- Experience with building and deploying production systems on cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
