The Role

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components
Leverage a broad stack of Open Source and SaaS AI technologies
Invent and introduce state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques
Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap of foundational AI systems

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields with 6+ years of AI/ML development experience OR Master's degree with 4+ years of experience
At least 6 years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java
Passion for staying abreast of the latest research and applying novel techniques
Strong foundation in engineering and mathematics, with expertise in hardware, software, and AI
Ability to adapt quickly and bring clarity to undefined problems
