What You'll Do

Build and ship scalable agentic AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems
Design and implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines
Own LLM evaluation: automated validation, metrication, and iterative refinement
Develop production-grade monitoring for AI model performance
Drive research into emerging AI models and apply them to real products
Champion ethical AI practices across the stack
Partner with software engineers on robust, DevSecOps-aligned CI/CD deployments

What You Bring

Strong hands-on experience with RAG, Prompt Engineering, LlamaIndex, LangFuse, MLflow
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
AWS expertise: Lambda, SNS, SQS and beyond
Big data chopsSpark, Parquet, Iceberg, Redshift, DynamoDB, Vector DB
Familiarity with evaluation metrics (BLEU, GLEU)
DevSecOps mindset with solid CI/CD experience
