Role Description

We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will lead AI and machine learning projects from ideation to deployment, with a focus on designing and implementing complex AI models and scalable algorithms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop intelligent solutions, enable seamless integration with enterprise systems, and drive performance optimizations. The Lead AI Engineer will also be responsible for ensuring model quality through rigorous testing, analysis, and iterative improvement while staying updated with emerging trends in AI and machine learning.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Experience in Data Engineering, Data Preprocessing, and Feature Engineering
• Knowledge of Model Deployment, Scaling, and Performance Optimization
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical teams
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field preferred
• Experience in developing AI solutions for business or enterprise-level applications is a plus
