We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design and develop scalable AI platform components, enabling intelligent agent interactions, enterprise integrations, orchestration services, and secure access to business data and systems.

Dare to Have:

Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong experience with Python and/or Java (FastAPI, Spring Boot)
Experience building backend APIs and distributed systems
Solid understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures
Hands-on experience with Kafka
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD preferred)
Experience with:
MCP Servers
AI Agents
RAG Architectures
Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate)
LLM Integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic APIs)
AI Orchestration Frameworks (e.g., LangChain)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Experience with Snowflake
Cloud-native development on AWS, Azure, or GCP
Monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
Experience with prompt engineering techniques
Knowledge of security, authentication, authorization, and access-control patterns
Experience working in banking, financial services, or other regulated environments
