We are looking for a motivated and skilled Intelligent Automation & GenAI Developer to join our Artificial Intelligence & Data team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, automation frameworks, AI/ML concepts, and Generative AI technologies to build innovative enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and maintain Python-based applications, automation scripts, and enterprise solutions.

✅ Design and implement intelligent automation workflows leveraging AI/ML, Agentic AI, and Generative AI technologies.

✅ Build and deploy GenAI use cases including chatbots, document processing solutions, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, content generation, and AI assistants.

✅ Integrate APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party services into automation and AI solutions.

✅ Participate in the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of AI-powered applications.

✅ Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, Product Owners, and Business Teams in Agile environments.

✅ Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and improve the performance of AI and automation solutions.

Required Skills

✔ 4–6 years of experience in Python Development and Intelligent Automation.

✔ Strong hands-on experience with Python programming.

✔ Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG Pipelines, and AI Agents.

✔ Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and automation frameworks.

✔ Experience integrating REST APIs, databases, and cloud services.

✔ Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector Databases, or similar technologies.

✔ Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and deployment practices.
