I'm working with a rapidly growing, venture-backed fintech company on a mission to redefine financial operations for SMEs through AI.

This isn't a company adding AI features to an existing product. AI is the product. They're now looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join their growing engineering team and take ownership of the agentic AI systems at the heart of the platform.

As one of the early engineering hires, you'll have the opportunity to influence architecture, product direction and engineering culture while building production-grade AI systems that solve real-world financial challenges at scale.

🧠 What the successful Senior AI Engineer will need:

• Proven experience shipping end-to-end AI products into production with measurable business impact.

• Strong hands-on experience with agentic AI systems, LLM orchestration and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Experience building robust production AI systems, with a focus on reliability, observability and evaluation.

• Strong understanding of context engineering, prompt architecture and multi-agent workflows.

• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI or Azure AI.

• A pragmatic mindset with a focus on solving business problems.

• Previous experience within fintech, accounting, financial services or workflow automation environments would be highly beneficial.
