This isn't a "maintain the model" role. This is a "we need someone to build the brain" role.
Our client is an early-stage AI startup tackling a complex problem. They're building intelligent systems that actually work, recommendation engines, ranking algorithms, LLM-powered matching that doesn't embarrass itself in production.
๐ง What you'll build
Own the full AI/ML intelligence layer from day one. Design and ship agent-based systems. not prototypes, not proofs of concept, real agents running in production. Build ranking and recommendation systems that improve with scale. Architect LLM pipelines end to end. Work across TypeScript, React, Supabase, Prisma, Typesense, and trigger.dev.
-> Keep it running. Make it smarter.
๐ง Who this is for
You've built agents before, actual ones, in production, not a LangChain tutorial. You understand where LLMs break and how to engineer around it. You ship end to end without waiting for a ticket. Your GitHub is alive. You have TypeScript and React in your hands, not just your CV.
You thrive in fast paced environments and don't need process to be productive. Six-day weeks don't scare you, they excite you.
๐ The JuicyLemons take
Founding engineer. Real ownership. AI that has to actually work. If you've been waiting for a role where the technical bar is high and the bureaucracy is zero, this is it.
