Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Generative AI Engineer based in Islamabad. The Generative AI Engineer will develop, implement, and optimize AI models, specifically focusing on generative AI technologies. Primary responsibilities include designing AI algorithms, training large-scale models, analyzing datasets, and ensuring the deployment and integration of AI solutions into applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to tailor AI solutions for specific business needs and keeping current with advancements in AI are key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AI and Machine Learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Technical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), and reinforcement learning
• Experience developing, training, and fine-tuning large-scale language models
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with common data processing tools (e.g., NumPy, Pandas)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and MLOps frameworks for model deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Background in mathematics, statistics, or data science with a strong understanding of algorithms
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in AI/ML or software development roles is preferred
