Overview

We are looking for high-impact Full Stack Engineers to build and scale a next-generation Agentic AI platform focused on automating complex enterprise workflows.

This role will play a key part in developing AI-driven agents, ranging from simple task automation to highly complex, business-critical systems supporting areas such as claims processing, HR workflows, and enterprise automation.

This is a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment ideal for engineers who thrive in modernizing legacy systems while building innovative AI-driven solutions from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and deploy AI agents from simple to complex use cases
Develop full-stack applications using Node.js and React
Build and automate complex workflow systems (claims, HR, internal processes)
Integrate AI capabilities into business applications and workflows
Work within environments containing hundreds of distributed agents
Collaborate with stakeholders and present/demo solutions
Contribute to modernization efforts, transitioning from**.NET/legacy systems to modern architecture**
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the full SDLC

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

5–10+ years of software engineering experience (level dependent)
Strong full stack development
Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript
Backend: Node.js, APIs, microservices
Experience working in cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
Experience with:
Building scalable applications
API development and integration
Working with legacy systems and modernization
Exposure to AI / automation / agent-based systems strongly preferred

Soft Skills

Strong communication and ability to present technical solutions to stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a self-starter environment
Problem-solver with ability to build from ambiguous requirements
Comfortable owning work end-to-end (build → demo → iterate)
Experience with:
AI agents / LLM integrations / workflow automation
Distributed systems or high-scale environments
Enterprise workflow tools or orchestration systems
