React with Python + Agentic AI EngineerAbout the Role

GrowthArc is looking for a React + AI Engineer with strong frontend expertise and hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered applications. You will build intelligent web applications, agentic workflows, and scalable AI solutions that solve real business problems.

What You'll Do

Build and scale modern React applications with complex workflows, forms, and document management capabilities
Develop AI-powered features using LLMs, agents, MCP tooling, and RAG architectures
Design and build Python backend services and APIs supporting AI applications
Implement multi-agent orchestration, tool routing, and workflow automation
Build observability, monitoring, tracing, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions
