The Role: Ecoplore is women-founded, UN-recognized, and built on the belief that sustainable travel should be the default - and we need you to help us build that mission.

This is a founding position with a direct path into technical leadership. You will not inherit someone else’s stack. You will design it, build it from the ground up, and shape the team and standards behind it as we scale across borders.

We are looking for an AI-native engineer with experience shipping at speed or a proven background building successful products. We value what you have shipped over the length of your resume.

If LLMs, agents, and automation are your default tools, and you can teach yourself whatever a problem demands, you will thrive here.

What You Will Build:

- AI-powered travel assistant and recommendation systems.

- A modern, automated booking platform, moving beyond our manual system today

- A bare-bones channel manager built from scratch to centralise inventory and distribution

- WhatsApp Business automation across the full guest journey

- Scalable, cloud-native AWS infrastructure built for global growth

- API and payment integrations with hospitality platforms

- The technical roadmap for Ecoplore’s next stage

Our Stack; AWS, Node.js / TypeScript, Next.js / React, REST APIs, WhatsApp Business API, and LLM integrations. You will not need every tool on day one. You will need strong fundamentals and the instincts to close the gaps fast.

What You Bring:

- 3-4 years of experience, or a self-taught portfolio with shipped products - we care about what you’ve built, not how long you’ve been building

- Fluency with LLMs, automation, and AI tooling as part of how you work.

- Solid fundamentals in system design, data modeling, and APIs.

- A builder’s bias: you ship, then improve
