We’re hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a distributed engineering team building a modern HR, Workforce Management & Fintech SaaS platform used in the U.S. market.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys both:

✔️ leading engineers and growing teams

✔️ staying technically involved in architecture and engineering decisions

You’ll work closely with Product, Design, DevOps, and international stakeholders to help deliver scalable, high-quality software across web, API, and mobile environments.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

👥 Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and support a distributed engineering team
Run 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development discussions
Support hiring, interviewing, and onboarding
Help create a healthy, collaborative, and high-performing engineering culture
Guide teams in adopting modern AI-assisted engineering practices responsibly

⚙️ Technical & Delivery Ownership

Help drive architecture and technical direction
Stay hands-on through code reviews and technical guidance
Ensure high-quality delivery across the full SDLC
Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, QA, and stakeholders
Identify blockers, manage risks, and support delivery planning

🤖 AI-Assisted Engineering

Champion the use of modern AI development tools such as:
Claude Code
GitHub Copilot
LLM-based engineering workflows
Improve developer productivity, testing, documentation, and engineering processes using AI tools

✅ What We’re Looking For

Required

5+ years of software engineering experience with:
Java
Spring / Spring Boot
2+ years leading or managing engineering teams
Strong AWS experience
Experience working in Agile environments
Experience leading remote/distributed teams
Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants in real engineering workflows
Strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have

JavaScript / React experience
MSSQL or relational database experience
Experience with mobile applications or scheduling systems
Experience implementing AI tooling or automation into engineering processes
