This is not a conventional trainee role. You will work directly with founders, industries, AI technologies, and real-world sustainability challenges from Day One.

Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru (On-site)

Training Period: 6 - 12 Months

Training Allowance: ₹10,000 per month + Performance-Linked Incentives

Expected Commitment: Minimum 2 Years (No Bond but commitment)

Skills RequiredMust Have

Exceptional written and spoken English
Strong aptitude and analytical ability
Ability to interpret, analyse, and present data
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving mindset
Ability to learn independently and take ownership
Genuine curiosity for technology and AI

Preferred

Hands-on exposure to AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity and similar platforms
Interest in AI workflow design, automation, and agent-based systems
Familiarity with Claude Projects, Artifacts, Integrations, Claude Code, MCP Servers, AI Agents, and collaborative AI workspaces is a strong advantage
Interest in workflow automation, no-code platforms, and productivity systems
Basic understanding of Excel, data analysis, dashboards, and reporting
Content writing, research, and digital communication capability
Knowledge of Kannada or Tamil is preferred

AI & Sustainability Automation

Design and develop AI-assisted workflows for sustainability consulting projects
Leverage Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI platforms to improve productivity and client outcomes
Build and manage Claude Projects for ESG reporting, carbon accounting, sustainability research, and climate disclosures
Develop AI-powered knowledge systems, prompt libraries, and reusable sustainability frameworks
Create automation workflows for ESG data collection, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Explore the use of Claude Code, AI Agents, MCP Servers, Integrations, and automation tools to solve real-world sustainability challenges
Support the development of AI-enabled sustainability products and digital services for MSMEs
Transform complex sustainability data into meaningful insights, dashboards, reports, and communication materials
Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for innovation

Website content development and management
Sustainability articles, blogs, and thought leadership content

Client presentations and sustainability reports

Career Progression

Upon successful completion of the training period and based on performance:

Sustainability Data & AI Analyst

Compensation:

UG: ₹2.5 – ₹3.0 LPA onwards
PG: ₹3.0 – ₹3.6 LPA onwards
