Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Developer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LangChain frameworks. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of Python development experience and a solid statistical background to design, build, and optimize advanced AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs and RAG pipelines.
Develop and optimize applications using LangChain for scalable AI workflows.
Build robust Python-based systems for data ingestion, model training, and deployment.
Apply statistical methods to evaluate model performance and ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications.
Stay updated on emerging AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of Python development experience with strong coding and debugging skills.
Hands-on expertise with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).
Experience implementing RAG pipelines for knowledge retrieval and augmentation.
Proficiency with LangChain for building modular AI workflows.
Strong statistical background (probability, regression, hypothesis testing).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Agentic AI architectures and autonomous agents.
Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
Exposure to MLOps practices for scalable AI deployment.
Prior work in enterprise AI or SaaS environments.
