We're a Stockholm-based tech consultancy building a new business area around agentic AI development, helping clients automate the work that shouldn't require a human. You will play a central role in shaping this business area from its very foundation.
What you will do
You'll work with our clients to identify what's worth automating and then build and ship it. That means:
- Read the business well enough to know where AI creates value
- Design and build agentic AI systems that run in production
- Own the work from architecture through deployment
- Help clients understand what they're getting and why it matters
Your focus will be on both agent architecture and code as well as sitting across the table from non-technical leaders.
What you will have accomplished
A year in, this is what you'll be able to point to:
- Streamlined client workflows with agents in production, turning hours into seconds
- Enabled clients to query their own data directly through Claude via MCP integrations
- Built and deployed multi-agent systems handling real business processes, not demos
Who you are
You've built and shipped agentic AI systems using the Anthropic SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, or something comparable, and you know what production looks like.
- Hands-on with at least one agent SDK and real production deployments
- Strong grasp of tool use, orchestration, MCP, RAG, evaluation, and reliability
- Understanding of data quality and pipelines
- A feel for business: you can spot where AI creates value
- Comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
You care about whether something works reliably, not whether it's built on the framework of the month.
