As part of our AI initiatives, we are developing advanced Computer Vision systems for document intelligence, object detection, and material analysis. We are looking for an AI Engineer who is passionate about building production-ready AI solutions and solving real-world business problems using Computer Vision and Machine Learning.

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Computer Vision, OCR, Deep Learning, and Model Deployment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and deploying AI models while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Computer Vision and OCR solutions for real-world business applications.
Lead end-to-end AI project execution, from requirement gathering and solution design to deployment and post-production monitoring.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define AI use cases, prioritize requirements, and ensure successful delivery.
Drive AI product launches by coordinating development activities, testing, deployment, and stakeholder communication.
Build, train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models for object detection, segmentation, OCR, and document intelligence tasks.
Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, reliability, and scalability through experimentation and data-driven approaches.
Develop and expose AI services through APIs using FastAPI or Flask and support integration with business applications.
Implement model optimization techniques to improve inference speed and production performance.
Support deployment and maintenance of AI solutions in cloud and containerized environments.
Guide and supervise junior engineers, interns, and external contributors working on AI projects.
Participate in technical planning, effort estimation, and roadmap discussions for AI initiatives.
Ensure proper documentation, experiment tracking, model versioning, and adherence to development best practices.
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to existing products and workflows.
