Location: Hybrid | Lisbon

We are hiring a Senior AI / GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deliver innovative AI-powered solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Dare to Have:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or similar
Strong experience with Python
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices
Proven experience designing and developing scalable backend API solutions
Hands-on experience with AI and Generative AI solutions
Strong experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience with cloud platforms:
AWS
Azure
GCP
Experience building and maintaining scalable, efficient, and reliable AI systems
Experience developing data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with external tools and platforms
Fluent English (mandatory)

Nice to Have:

Experience with industry-standard AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g. LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks
Knowledge of model deployment and optimization
Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems (RAG architectures)
Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
Knowledge of MLOps practices and AI lifecycle management
