To bring this vision to life, we're looking for a Prompt Engineer who can bridge human intent and machine precision through thoughtful, strategic prompt design.

🧩 What You’ll Do

Design, test, and refine prompts for our Regulatory AI Assistant to ensure accurate, context-aware, and regulation-compliant responses.
Collaborate closely with AI researchers, regulatory experts, and product managers to translate industry-specific requirements into powerful AI interactions.
Build prompt templates and workflows that streamline compliance reporting, risk assessment, document generation, and audit preparation.
Continuously optimize prompt performance using structured testing, A/B experiments, and user feedback.
Maintain documentation and build scalable prompt libraries aligned with evolving regulatory standards.

✅ What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in AI/ML, technical writing, content strategy, or regulatory/quality documentation.
Deep understanding of LLMs and their use in complex, high-stakes environments.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate complex regulatory language into machine-readable instructions.
Experience with prompt engineering tools (OpenAI, LangChain, Claude, etc.).
Bonus: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, EMA, ISO, GDPR), or industries like Pharma, MedTech, or Finance.
Technical skills in Python, API integration, or vector-based search are a plus.
