AI Engineer (NodeJS)

We are seeking a Mid-Level AI Engineer with 3–5 years of software engineering experience and a proven track record of building AI-powered products. This role offers the opportunity to work on large language models, intelligent automation systems, AI assistants, and modern machine learning applications that drive business value and enhance user experiences.

The Role

As an AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy AI applications powered by LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval systems. You will contribute to the development of scalable AI products while helping optimize performance, reliability, and user outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and deploying AI-powered applications and services.
• Developing production-grade systems using LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval architectures.
• Building AI agents, copilots, chatbots, and workflow automation solutions.
• Integrating AI capabilities into web applications and business processes.
• Evaluating and improving model performance, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Designing and implementing RAG architectures for knowledge retrieval and reasoning.
• Building and maintaining data pipelines for AI and machine learning workloads.
• Monitoring production AI systems and continuously improving performance and accuracy.

Ideal Profile

• You have atleast 3 years of software engineering experience.
• You bring at least 2 years of experience building AI-powered products.
• You possess strong Python development skills and a solid understanding of backend engineering.
• You have a good understanding of JavaScript and modern web application architectures.
• You have experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source AI models.
• You are proficient with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or related frameworks.
• You have built and deployed production RAG systems.
• You have experience with vector databases including Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or pgvector.
• You are comfortable deploying applications on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• You have a strong interest in emerging AI technologies and continuous learning.
• You take ownership of your work and enjoy solving challenging technical problems.
