Our client Recruit AI is looking for a AI Engineer - Natural Language Processing & Search Optimization in Lahore

The role emphasizes working with search engines such as Elasticsearch or Solr, including query tuning to improve search accuracy effectively. Experience with WhatsApp Business API or similar messaging platform integrations is essential to facilitate AI-driven communication solutions. Candidates should have a strong background in natural language processing (NLP) preprocessing techniques, with specialized knowledge in handling multilingual text data, including Urdu and Roman Urdu. This position is critical to the advancement of Recruit AI's AI-driven products and services, offering the opportunity to solve real-world challenges by applying innovative AI technology and machine learning methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI applications using Python and asynchronous programming paradigms to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, OpenAI API, Claude API, and other third-party services to enhance AI functionalities and agent capabilities.
• Leverage LangGraph, LangChain, and LangSmith tools to build robust and effective AI agents tailored to project requirements.
• Optimize SQL queries and manage data within MySQL and PostgreSQL databases to support AI data processing and storage needs.
• Collaborate on the design and tuning of search engine queries using Elasticsearch, Solr, or similar technologies to improve information retrieval precision.
• Implement messaging platform integrations using WhatsApp Business API or comparable APIs to enable automated communication workflows.
• Apply natural language processing preprocessing techniques, including handling of multilingual content and specialized text formats such as Urdu and Roman Urdu.
• Conduct testing and debugging of AI systems to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance standards are met.
• Document software designs, workflows, and processes clearly to facilitate team collaboration and maintenance.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance technical skills and project quality.
