AI Engineer Fellow (Unpaid, Own-Project Sprint)

tokens& is opening a small AI Builder Fellow cohort for devs and founders who want to turn an AI app idea into public proof.

This is an unpaid, educational, own-project sprint. It is not employment, not work-for-hire, and not a promise of future employment. Fellows build their own project, keep ownership of their work, and do not build production code for tokens&.

What you will do:

- Start with an AI app, agent, RAG, automation, devtool, or internal-tool idea

- Use tokens& to compare the stack and save a recommendation

- Generate a Build Packet for Codex, Cursor, or another AI coding workflow

- Ship or document the first working version

- Publish a short project proof
