**What You'll Do
**As an AI Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling intelligent systems that power production applications.
**Your work will include:
**• Building AI-powered applications using modern ML and LLM frameworks
• Developing agentic workflows, memory systems, and context-aware AI experiences
• Designing scalable backend architectures and APIs for AI products
• Creating and optimizing retrieval pipelines, vector search systems, and RAG architectures
• Implementing Transformer-based solutions for NLP and Generative AI use cases
• Building production-ready ML pipelines from data processing to model deployment
• Driving performance, reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement across AI systems
**What We're Looking For
**• 2+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or Backend Development
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals and model evaluation techniques
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying production-grade applications
• Solid knowledge of Transformers, embeddings, tokenization, and modern NLP architectures
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, API development, and backend engineering principles
• Ability to think beyond prototypes and build scalable, maintainable systems
