Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with Microsoft Copilot expertise to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building custom copilots, integrating enterprise data sources, developing AI agents, and implementing Generative AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Copilot solutions using Copilot Studio.
Build custom AI agents and conversational experiences leveraging Azure OpenAI Service.
Integrate Copilot with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Power Platform.
Develop and optimize prompts, workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
Implement enterprise-grade AI solutions with strong focus on security, compliance, and governance.
Integrate external systems and APIs using Power Automate, Logic Apps, REST APIs, and Azure services.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Monitor AI model performance and continuously improve response quality and user experience.
Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and best practices.

Required Skills

9+ years of software development or AI engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Strong experience with Azure OpenAI Service, GPT models, and Generative AI solutions.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
Proficiency in Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Experience with REST APIs, Graph API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure services.
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG architecture, Vector Databases, and AI Agent frameworks.
Experience integrating enterprise data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, and Azure Storage.
Strong understanding of Microsoft security and compliance frameworks.
