The Role: AI Engineer

📍 Location: Lisbon

🏢🏠 Work Model: hybrid - 2-3 days a week in the office

💰🏦 Sector: Financial Services

🗣️ Languages: English (C1)

✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

🧑 Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)

Strong Python skills with solid software engineering best practices.
Experience building scalable backend APIs and systems.
Hands‑on AI / Generative AI (LLMs) experience.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice to have:

Experience with LLM frameworks.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop end‑to‑end Generative AI solutions.
Build and maintain scalable APIs, pipelines, and integrations.
Collaborate in agile teams, clearly communicating technical solutions.
