About the role
Mannheimer Swartling is looking for an AI Engineer to join its AI team, part of the firm's broader Innovation function. This is a high-ownership role - you'll be the leading engineer on the team, responsible for building and evolving the firm's internal AI platform.

About you
We're open to different levels of seniority, wether that's someone more junior or very senior - what matters most is that you're a self-driven, high-agency engineer who thrives with autonomy. Beyond that, we're looking for someone who brings:
- Hands-on experience building and deploying software end to end
- Previous experience applying AI, working with LLMs and AI agents
- A solid understanding of infrastructure and security
- Fluency in both Swedish and English
