The Opportunity

As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and deploying Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions across both internal operations and customer-facing products. Working closely with senior technology leadership, you'll help build AI capabilities from the ground up and have a direct impact on the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions.
Build and optimize LLM-powered applications, NLP tools, and AI-driven workflows.
Develop APIs and services that integrate AI capabilities into business platforms.
Create scalable MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
Strong Python development skills.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and Generative AI.
Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps best practices.
Financial Services, Insurance, or Banking experience is highly desirable.
