The Role

Transition AI experiments into core business production systems
Develop reusable software components, services, and infrastructure for AI applications
Integrate technical expertise, business understanding, and industry knowledge to create practical solutions
Operate, monitor, and optimize in-house developed Machine Learning and AI applications in production

What You'll Need

Strong programming skills in Python with experience in frameworks like fastapi, pydantic, celery, polars, pytorch, transformers
Willingness to understand and develop AI applications within insurance processes
Experience with sustainable software development practices: Test-Driven Development, Clean Code, Code Reviews, Git
Experience with deploying and operating productive software systems with AI context (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, MLOps, LLMOps, Grafana, OTEL)
Experience in developing LLM-based workflows (e.g., agents, prompting strategies, Mlflow, Langfuse) is a plus
