Aliz is conquering the world by building big data and AI solutions as a certified Google Cloud partner. We have offices in Singapore, Jakarta, Münich, and Budapest.
We are looking for a AI Engineer, who would focus on designing and delivering Multi-Agent Systems for our clients as they advance their journey on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Are you also passionate about agents and the cloud? If yes, then keep reading**.**
Why are we looking for you
We are looking for an AI Engineer who treats modern AI tools as a “third hand”: not as a shortcut, but as a force multiplier for designing, building, testing, and shipping reliable solutions. The ideal candidate is curious, hands-on, and continuously up to date with agentic tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and similar platforms, and understands how to build agent harnesses, workflows, and guardrails around them, while also keeping up to date with new harness technologies. They can combine coding, low-code, and no-code approaches without sacrificing quality, using structured context, validation, automated testing, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop controls to enforce reliability. We are looking for someone who can effectively drive agents via clear and well architected specifications and decomposed tasks. This role is for someone who can translate business problems into practical AI-assisted solutions and help the wider team adopt AI responsibly and effectively.
This role will suit you if you
- you already have experience building agentic solutions/workflows in production.
- see AI tools as a serious engineering partner, not just a productivity shortcut.
- enjoy experimenting with what AI agents, coding assistants, and no-code tools can do in real business workflows.
- care about quality, testing, maintainability, and responsible AI use.
- are comfortable learning fast and staying up to date with AI tools and news.
- enjoy tackling complex challenges across different domains and have the agentic mindset and problem-solving skills to overcome them.
You will be responsible for
- setting up agentic workflows on various projects for various problems.
- using AI coding agents and no-code or low-code platforms to accelerate delivery without compromising reliability. The projects would range from building genmedia applications to automating complete data warehouse migrations.
- creating agent harnesses, prompts, workflows, evaluations, and guardrails to make AI outputs safer and more predictable.
- testing, validating, and monitoring AI-generated or AI-assisted solutions.
- helping teams understand where AI can create value and where human control, review, or traditional engineering is still needed.
- documenting best practices and reusable patterns for responsible AI adoption.
We are looking for you if you
- have a deep understanding (3+ years of experience) of software development lifecycles and engineering practices (like containerization, observability, security, QA).
- have at least 2 years experience working with generative or other AI.
- possess practical proficiency with toolsets like Codex, Claude, Copilot or similar.
- have a deep understanding of development practices and principles such as SOLID, TDD/BDD, Clean Code, CI/CD, refactoring and design patterns.
- are able to setup agentic workflows for various tech-stacks and solutions.
- curiosity and a passion to learn new methodologies and technologies.
- fluent communication skills in English.
It would be nice if you also have
- team lead or influence without authority experience.
- hands-on Google Cloud or other public cloud provider knowledge (eg. AWS, or Azure).
- client-facing skills and consulting experience.
Why people stay
- Strong engineering culture
- Real autonomy
- International exposure
- High technical bar
- Flexible working model
You will enjoy
- using cutting-edge technologies and learning from A+ Google Cloud experts.
- maintaining a healthy work-life balance with financial initiatives to support physical and mental health and green commuting.
- a hybrid and collaborative working environment, with no compulsory office days.
- flexible working time to adapt to when you feel most productive.
- employee counseling opportunity with coaches and contracted psychologists.
- continuous training and learning opportunities with yearly allocated learning hours from working time, regular feedback, and dedicated mentorship by experienced colleagues.
- last but not least, a great community. :)
