About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Engineer / Analyst to join our forward-thinking team. In this pivotal role, you will evaluate, develop, and scale AI solutions that deliver tangible business value across the enterprise. Your responsibilities will include exploring emerging AI tools and platforms, designing AI-powered workflows, and integrating these solutions into existing systems. Qualifications

Relevant academic background with courses related to AI, machine learning, or data science.
Experience with software engineering, AI/ML development, or related enterprise technology environments.
Strong hands-on development skills in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, with experience building APIs, services, and integrations.
Practical experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and related applications such as agents, embeddings, and prompt design.
Familiarity with leading AI platforms and models, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar cloud AI services.
Understanding of designing and orchestrating AI-driven workflows or automation solutions within business environments.
Structured, analytical mindset capable of translating complex ideas into clear technical requirements and success metrics.
Excellent documentation and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to produce audit-ready records.
Awareness of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks related to AI, data security, and privacy.
Proficiency with modern development practices, including Git, CI/CD, cloud environments, and containerization.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive and curious mindset with a passion for staying current in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Responsibilities

Explore and evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, and agent-based solutions to identify opportunities for the organization.
Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered workflows, services, and applications into enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Contribute to the development of internal AI platforms, including agent architectures, permissions, and governance guardrails to ensure responsible AI use.
Guide AI initiatives through structured evaluation and approval processes, ensuring alignment with technical standards and governance policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Architecture, Security, DevOps, Legal, and Privacy—to deliver comprehensive AI solutions.
Translate complex or ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements, success metrics, and deliverables.
Monitor the performance, adoption, and usage of AI solutions, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
Maintain detailed documentation such as AI use cases, tool registries, and lifecycle records to ensure audit readiness.
Support the development and maintenance of a centralized AI knowledge base to promote consistency and facilitate adoption across teams.
Participate in the continuous improvement of AI governance, development practices, and delivery frameworks to foster innovation and compliance.
